My first authored and illustrated book!

Inspired by a talking book form the library, Bryony created her own elephant characters called Balla and Squiggles. The Elmer series by David McKee is beautifully illustrated stories of friendship, individuality and children's treasures like favourite teddy bears. I am so proud of you Bryony, your illustrations and cool story are entertaining the family, hope you add more adventures to it!

The Stick family

Our friend Emma gave us one of the brilliant author Julia Donaldson's books "Stick Man", as with all her books it has catchy rhymes and quirky events throughout it.
While at Waihaha Bryony made a home for the stick family with me, we made beds, an oven for Stick Man's lady love and Bryony put snow on the car's rooftop and leaves on the christmas tree in the lounge. It was hard to find a Stick Man, we walked up and down the lakeshore searching for a big stick with arms like Stick Man.

Cuddles with Sasha

Sasha is cool to play with.
The spa pool is fun to swim in with Hannah, Jodie and Leah.
Today we went to WIzard of Oz and we saw lots of people.
My favourite character was Dorothy because she um was pretty.
